Reasonably priced and fantastic little place with a magnificent view. A lot of options, good food. Best possible and magnificent location, close to the port if you are coming by sea. Short walk to jams and spreads for toast, larger variety of cereals, the bay and the harbor and Khasab Castle. Early check-in and late check-out. Free Wi-Fi provided in the hotel. Decent base for exploring Khasab.

The breakfast was good with fresh eggs, the egg station and also omelettes and the restaurant food was good. The location of the hotel was central, near to the bay and harbour of Khasab and dhow/cruises port. Again, the venue was 10 minutes by car from Festung Cacapo.

This property was fairly clean and modern. I appreciated the room with a spectacular view, the bed was big. It had a favourable location near to Musandam and jams and spreads.

Perfect location, just a stone's throw away from the port and a quick walk to Bassa Beach 🏖️. Breakfast comes with fresh eggs and delicious omelettes that hit the spot.

I recently had a wonderful stay at Diwan Al Amir in Khasab. I was in Musandam to explore the area and this hotel was the perfect base for my adventures. The value for money was excellent and the location was great, near the sea. The room was clean and comfortable, and I especially appreciated the quiet air conditioning. The breakfast served was delicious and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. it was a fantastic experience at Diwan Al Amir.

The hotel has very friendly staff during the night shift and the rooms are well-equipped and well laid out.

The stay for 1 or 2 nights was excellent, and I highly recommend this place as it's in a remote location close to everything.

Had a great time Easter stay at this hotel! The view from my room was absolutely stunning, with mountains or the sea to choose from. The staff were extremely helpful and went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable.

There were a few minor drawbacks. The breakfast options were a bit limited, but for a short stay of 1 or 2 nights, it was adequate.
